Cancellation Policy

1. Types of Cancellations

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your active subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Recurring Donations

If you have set up recurring donations, you can cancel them at any time. The cancellation will take effect before the next billing cycle.

Account & Data

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. This is permanent and cannot be reversed.

2. How to Request Cancellation

You can request a cancellation through any of the following methods:

  • Acknowledgement: 1-2 business days
  • Processing: 3-5 business days after acknowledgement

Please note that as C3 is maintained by a solo developer, response times may vary.

4. Cancelling Through App Stores

iOS (App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions"
  3. Find C3 in the list of subscriptions
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon, then tap "Payments & subscriptions"
  3. Tap "Subscriptions" and find C3
  4. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts

5. What Happens After Cancellation

  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your data and settings will be preserved unless you specifically request deletion

6. Refunds for Cancelled Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Please see our Refund Policy for more details on refunds.
