Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using C3 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License and Use

Your right to use, copy, or modify each C3 component is governed by the license published with that component's source or release, together with these terms where applicable to distributed applications and services.

  • You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • You must preserve notices required by the applicable component license
  • Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of C3, you are responsible for:

  • Credentials: Securing your hub, enrollment artifacts, recovery backups, device credentials, coding-agent accounts, and API keys.
  • Infrastructure and agent costs: Any hosting, network, model, or API usage you initiate remains your responsibility.
  • Data Backup: Maintaining backups of your code and data. C3 is not responsible for any data loss.

4. Third-Party Services

C3 integrates with third-party services. By using these integrations, you also agree to their terms:

  • Coding agents and model providers:Your use of Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Pi, or another tool remains subject to that provider's terms.
  • NATS and Herdr: These are separately installed projects with their own licenses and support terms. C3 does not bundle Herdr.

5. Solo Developer & Support

C3 is developed and maintained by a solo developer. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the following channels:

Response times may vary. There is no guaranteed SLA or uptime commitment.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C3 and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
