1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using C3 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License and Use

C3 grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App subject to these terms.

  • The App is for personal use only
  • You may not redistribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the App
  • You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • This license does not grant ownership of any intellectual property

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of C3, you are responsible for:

  • API Keys: Managing and securing your own API keys. C3 does not store or manage your API keys on any server.
  • Costs: Any costs incurred from API usage through the App are your responsibility. C3 does not control or limit API spending.
  • Data Backup: Maintaining backups of your code and data. C3 is not responsible for any data loss.

4. Third-Party Services

C3 integrates with third-party services. By using these integrations, you also agree to their terms:

  • Claude API: Usage of Claude through C3 is subject to Anthropic's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
  • ngrok: Remote access tunneling is subject to ngrok's terms of service.

5. Solo Developer & Support

C3 is developed and maintained by a solo developer. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the following channels:

Response times may vary. There is no guaranteed SLA or uptime commitment.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C3 and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
