All purchases made through C3 are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

Solo Development

C3 is built and maintained by a solo developer. Every purchase directly supports the continued development and improvement of the app. This context is important in understanding our refund policy.

Why No Refunds

  • Resource Allocation: As a solo developer, processing refunds takes time away from building features and fixing bugs.
  • Digital Nature: C3 is a digital product. Once access is granted, it cannot be "returned" in any meaningful way.

Before You Purchase

We encourage you to do the following before making a purchase:

  • Try the free features of the app to ensure it meets your needs
  • Review the feature list and roadmap to understand what's included
  • Check system requirements and compatibility with your devices
  • Join our Discord community to ask questions before purchasing
  • Read the documentation to understand how C3 works

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If a purchase was made without your authorization.
  • Critical Technical Issues: If the app is completely non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

App Store & Google Play

If you made your purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, their respective refund policies may apply. You can request a refund directly through the store where you made your purchase. Please note that store refund decisions are at the discretion of Apple or Google.
