Troubleshoot problems with the C3 terminal feature.
Connection Issues
Can't connect to terminal
- Verify terminal credentials are correct
- Ensure the terminal server is running (check server output)
- Try reconnecting with fresh credentials
Credentials lost
Terminal credentials are only shown once at server startup. Restart the server to get new credentials.
QR Code Setup
If you used QR code setup, terminal credentials may have been included automatically.
Display Problems
Garbled output
- Try resizing the terminal window
- Clear the screen with
clearor Ctrl+L - Reconnect to the terminal
Colors not showing
The terminal supports 256 colors. Some programs may not display colors correctly on mobile.
Input Issues
Special keys not working
Use the special keys toolbar for Tab, Ctrl, Esc, and arrow keys. These aren't available on standard mobile keyboards.
Can't type certain characters
Try using an external keyboard for better character support.
